Compliance Manager manages the compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices for an organization or business. Ensures that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws. Being a Compliance Manager oversees internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes. Position Summary:
The Land Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safe operation of our Port Facilities, Unload Rigs and related activities for Terral RiverService. This role will report directly to the Safety Director. This role involves developing and implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and providing training and guidance to personnel to minimize risks and maintain compliance with OSHA and other Governmental regulations. The Land Safety Manager collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including managers, operators, laborers, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to achieve and sustain a culture of safety excellence.
