POSITION SUMMARY:
The Licensing Manager is responsible for ensuring that all individuals, and companies applying for a license are appropriately investigated, documented, and processed before issuing a license by the Tribal Gaming Agency Licensing Department (TGA), including relevant investigations assigned to the department. Monitor employee investigations, activities, operations, systems, software, and processes carried out productively and efficiently to meet deadlines. Oversees investigations, interviews, and determinations of what evidence is needed to support the conclusion of the investigation, collecting relevant evidence, case research, and statutory law to determine the appropriate course of action consistently and ethically to protect the integrity and reputation of the investigation, the Tribal Gaming Agency, Licensing Department, and the Tribe.
