Job Summary: The Compliance Specialist will ensure that our operations comply with legal regulatory standards, procedures, and polices. Duties will include data entry into our compliance management software and reviewing, revising, and developing compliance related policies and procedures. The Compliance Specialist may communicate and deliver training to medical center staff on compliance matters including new and revised policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to identify compliance issues and recommend solutions.
• Integrity and ability to work independently. Initiative to take on tasks without being told.
• Extremely strong attention to detail.
