The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures for FIV Realty Co. offices, state and local real estate licensing rules/regulations are adhered to. Work closely with Agents/Managing Brokers to ensure Agent related transaction questions are resolved promptly. They are responsible for conducting periodic internal reviews or company audits to ensure that the firm is compliant with laws, rules and regulations. In addition, they direct internal investigations, assess products and develop risk management strategies to ensure compliance. Compliance managers MUST stay up to date with each city and state's real estate law and forms.

Responsibilities:-
Manage and supervise control systems

Create a strategy for preventing violations of legal rules and internal policies guidelines

Evaluate the efficiency of controls

Identify risks or non-conformity issues

Design, improve and implement productive and efficient company policies

Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with upper management

Improve current strategies if necessary

Supervise and oversee the work of File Checkers

Identify compliance issues and necessary training

Keep all checklists up to date

Answer all compliance questions and transaction related questions that the broker would typically handle in a small office setting

Review all files in Skyslope prior to closing
