As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the production process including quality control and adherence to manufacturing and regulatory standards. You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Supply Chain Professional and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities

• Monitor and control in-process manufacturing checks, such as manufacturing instructions, pour and parts transfers, and compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Quality Risk Assessment (QRA) procedures.
• Initiating shop floor investigations for any non-conformances that arise, ensuring thorough examination and resolution of issues.
• Ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively designed, implemented, and controlled to meet standards set by the organization, ISO standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards and providing feedback to industrialization teams, team leads, and the quality function regarding corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to be taken.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformances and developing effective countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
• Participating in local internal audit programs and collaborating on CAPA efforts to continually improve compliance and quality assurance processes.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Chemistry or related field required.
• 4 years or more working in cGMP regulated operations required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft office
• Working knowledge of chemical manufacturing, packaging, and laboratory processes
• Working knowledge of cGMPs as defined in regulatory guidance.
• Working knowledge of Operations related Investigations
