What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Membership Compliance Specialist within our CLC division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will analyze data and customer metrics, while identifying fraudulent or suspicious new accounts. The Membership Compliance Specialist is responsible for looking for known patterns, shutting down declined credit cards, and terminating duplicate accounts. When fraudulent activity is determined, the Membership Compliance Specialist will modify or cancel the reservations and communicate with the proper teams. You will report directly to the Accounting Director and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.
How We Work
As a Membership Compliance Specialist, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:- Assigned workspace in Wichita, KS

- Formal, hands-on training
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Running customer metrics, creating spreadsheets, and analyzing data
- Collecting information to determine whether the account is legitimate or compromised
- Modifying and/or cancelling reservations
- Working with other departments and hotels
- Updating Talon and other CLC systems
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Detail Oriented, organized, critical thinking, and analytical
- Ability to monitor your work, self-starter, and self-motivated
- Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
