We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us identify and cultivate relationships with businesses in Broward and Palm Beach County. Most of this position involves calling on prospects, helping to ensure our marketing data is accurate, and calling to follow up on marketing campaigns. However, from time to time, the successful candidate will also be called upon to assist with marketing activities, attend events, business mixers, trade shows, and other in-person marketing opportunities to build rapport in the local business community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for business development purposes
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
- Present products or services to potential clients over the phone
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective lead management
- Follow up with leads and provide necessary information or assistance
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system
