Computer Equipment Repairer installs, configures and repairs computer systems and related equipment at user's location. Provides ongoing support and preventative maintenance on an as needed basis. Being a Computer Equipment Repairer maintains an inventory of repair parts and documents status of repair orders. Areas of support typically include desktop/laptop computers, printers and other peripheral equipment, as well as basic software and networking support. Additionally, Computer Equipment Repairer may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Computer Equipment Repairer works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Management or related field from an accredited school or university.
Three years exempt-level experience in human resources management, with a working knowledge of the functional areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to employment law, compensation, employee benefits, recruitment, organizational planning, HRIS, employee relations, and training/development.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity within a complex, dynamic, and rapidly changing business environment
Proven ability to seamlessly transition between strategic thinking and tactical execution
Proven ability to prioritize the most impactful work amidst multiple competing priorities
Prior HRIS database experience is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft suite of products
Ability to maintain confidentiality or sensitive information
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP or SCP Certification strongly preferred
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
