Computer Equipment Repairer installs, configures and repairs computer systems and related equipment at user's location. Provides ongoing support and preventative maintenance on an as needed basis. Being a Computer Equipment Repairer maintains an inventory of repair parts and documents status of repair orders. Areas of support typically include desktop/laptop computers, printers and other peripheral equipment, as well as basic software and networking support. Additionally, Computer Equipment Repairer may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Computer Equipment Repairer works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Computer Equipment Repairer typically requires 1-3 years of related experience, or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification. POSITION DETAILS
The Front Of House Team Member is responsible for guiding the customer through the entire Computer Cave experience. A friendly, professional demeanor is required to build customer confidence and exceed expectations by making the store experience seamless, engaging and reassuring, all with a sales attentive mindset. The In-Store Associate is also responsible for back of house duties such as answering phone calls, maintaining a clean and organized work space, etc.
