Computer Equipment Repairer installs, configures and repairs computer systems and related equipment at user's location. Provides ongoing support and preventative maintenance on an as needed basis. Being a Computer Equipment Repairer maintains an inventory of repair parts and documents status of repair orders. Areas of support typically include desktop/laptop computers, printers and other peripheral equipment, as well as basic software and networking support. Additionally, Computer Equipment Repairer may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Computer Equipment Repairer works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Computer Equipment Repairer typically requires 1-3 years of related experience, or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification. 1. Must be able to trouble shoot hydraulic systems
2. Proficient with light and heavy equipment
3. Must be able to trouble shoot 12 and 24 voltsystems
4. Must have own tools up to 2 inch
5. Work is in both shop and field
6. Must be able to interact with customers
7. Candidate must have a good driving record and have a current CDL
8. Must be able to weld both stick and mig air arcing a plus
9. Good knowledge of material is a plus
10. Strong attention to detail
11. Clean and organized and good with paperwork
12. Service truck will be provided
13. Physical requirements: lift 75 pounds, walking, climbing and working
under equipment
14. All safety equipment will be provided
15. Factory schools will be paid for to keep up to date
16. Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen
