Position Summary:

You will have the opportunity to make sales as you connect with potential customer through inbound leads. You will also reach to customers that we haven’t heard from in a while. This will be achieved by making calls to our current and past customers and discussing additional services that we offer.

Objectives:

• Bring in new sales and appointments by following up on leads in a timely manner.
• Bring in new sales and appointments by reaching to current and past customers about current promotions and other services they currently don't have with us.
• Help grow our company by bringing in additional revenue and customers.

Competencies:

• Capable of learning CRM software
• Phone sales experience is a definite plus
• Comfortable with expectations of making a certain amount of calls and hitting sales goals daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Good at creating conversation, empathy, and problem solving are a must
• Payment processing
• Time Management
• Goal Orientation towards your daily work
• Ability to work without micromanagement
• Quick to learn new skills
• Take direction and make immediate improvements

Education and Experience:

No college degree required :)
