    Summary: Sets-up, adjusts, and safely operates CNC press brakes. Must have an understanding of punch beds and tool sets. Be able to safely use all hand tools required. Must have a knowledge of the hand layout process to produce parts. Reads and interprets blueprints to determine the safest and most efficient way for the operator to perform the job, and sets up the machinery to produce quality parts. Makes all necessary machine adjustments required to guarantee the parts are dimensionally within tolerance.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Intermediate knowledge of metal alloy characteristics and formability

    Intermediate knowledge of print reading, forming and bending

    Intermediate knowledge of die setups (top & bottom)

    Intermediate knowledge of Manual and CNC Press Brake Operations

    Ability to understand and perform work to schedule

    Intermediate knowledge of hand tools (see tool list)

    Able to safely rig and move parts and weldments

    Intermediate computer skills

    Education and/or Experience:

    1. High school diploma or GED
    2. Introduction to Welding Industry (Clark WELD 111 or equivalent)
    3. Industrial Math (Clark MATH 085 or equivalent)
    4. Pre-Algebra (Clark MATH 030)
    5. 1-3 Years previous experience
