Computer Operations Manager jobs in Providence, RI

Custom Computer Specialists is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This position does require travel between 35%-50% of the time, access to a car on a daily basis is required. 

Pay: $65,000-$80,000 annually. Pay will be based on experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program implementation management
• Recruiting, staffing and backup management
• Business development and pre-sales support
• Overall operational productivity and performance management
• Stewardship and thought leadership of operation and enterprise
• Client relations, account management and account development
• Individual team member development, coaching and training
• Communicating proactively and promptly with client, clarifying needs and reflecting these back to the client for confirmation
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience managing Service Desk, Help Desk or Contact Center operation
• Previous experience building and growing IT operations team/teams
• Previous experience building and growing a service operation, preferably in an entrepreneurial environment
• Certification or demonstrable experience with Quality Management systems (ITIL, Cobit, ISO, etc.)
• Proven ability building high-performing teams and managing to and achieving aggressive goals
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Assertive, professional demeanor and an ability to be an effective advocate for the objectives of the Support Services enterprise
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong professional presence and presentation skills
• Strong analytic and data reporting skills
