Computer Operations Shift Supervisor supervises and monitors the computer operations of one or more shifts. Leads the operating and monitoring of computer equipment and delegates workflow as necessary. Being a Computer Operations Shift Supervisor uses established procedures to perform routine tasks to maintain computer equipment and its peripherals. Observes peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on the monitor of the terminal to identify faulty output or machine stoppage. Additionally, Computer Operations Shift Supervisor may require an associate degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Education/Certification/Licensing:
Required Experience/Skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience in business, operations, or manufacturing, preferably in medical device or other highly regulated industry
- Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred
- ERP system experience such as Visual a plus
- Must have the ability to resolve daily production problems
- Understanding of team dynamics, and ability to maximize organizational results
- Self-starter with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of MS Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and work successfully as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs

Works near moving mechanical parts in a warehouse environment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as defined by Medin Technologies is required and will be provided.
