Computer Operations Shift Supervisor supervises and monitors the computer operations of one or more shifts. Leads the operating and monitoring of computer equipment and delegates workflow as necessary. Being a Computer Operations Shift Supervisor uses established procedures to perform routine tasks to maintain computer equipment and its peripherals. Observes peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on the monitor of the terminal to identify faulty output or machine stoppage. Additionally, Computer Operations Shift Supervisor may require an associate degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Position Summary: To promote and ensure compliance with NSF and FDA cGMP’s as they relate to production and packaging of product. Assist in the strict adherence with all Atrium Innovations SOP’s and standards. Ensure that products produced by Beyond Organic Nutritionals are of the highest standard with the capability to oversee in-process quality control.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Prior QA experience is preferred. Computer literate (Microsoft Office). Good understanding of a regulatory environment. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask. Self-motivated and reliable. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Language Ability:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
Mathematical Ability:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.

Work Environment: Position is carried out in a factory setting where there is considerable exposure to dust and raw materials including, but not limited to, enzymes and animal-based glandular materials.
