Computer Operations Supervisor supervises computer operations, acting as a team resource for guidance and support on complex or unusual issues. Implements policies and procedures to perform routine tasks to maintain computer equipment and its peripherals. Being a Computer Operations Supervisor continuously monitors the efficacy of computer operations, backup processes, system monitors, and server availability to ensure operation goals are met. Analyzes and records error messages to diagnose issues and works with impacted groups to provide a timely solution. Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor has a key role within our field operations. The Operations Supervisor should act as a mentor and positive role model to all employees. Primary duties include oversight and direct supervision of field crews, conflict resolution. The Operations Supervisor will partner with various other departments such as Scheduling, Dispatch and Human Resources. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor will interface with hospitals and medical facilities. This is a versatile role requiring flexibility and sound judgement.
