Location: Atlanta, GA.
Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, operates computer and peripheral equipment. Performs clerical and maintenance tasks in support of a mainframe computer complex or other large, centralized IT system.
Vocational/Technical degree in a related field from an accredited college OR High school diploma or GED AND 4 years of experience operating computer consoles and/or peripheral equipment.
• Responsible for data entry support functions to include data entry, scanning, and document processing.
• Process Information by inputting, maintaining, and retrieving data using computer systems and ensuring that information is collated and stored in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
• Responsible for transferring both words and numerical data into spreadsheets or databases.
• 4 years proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
• 4 years working with MS Excel
