Full-time administration position for Leasing Agent. The job description includes but may not be limited to the following duties.

• Assist the Community Manager with the day-to-day operation;
• Positive Resident Relations;
• Participate in routine Manager/Assistant Manager on call schedule and assure of adequate after hour’s coverage at all times;
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in the placement of orders for supplies and services in Community Manager’s absence.
• Submit unpaid balance information to Credit and Collections Department and submit all Credit Loss entries
• Leasing, Marketing, Move In and Move Out Computer data input.
• Assist with completion of Weekly Property reports, vacant utility reports
• Assure that bank deposits are made daily without fail when funds are on site.
• Monitor rent collections and issue applicable notices in a timely manner.
• Telephone & In Person Sales Presentations;
• Aware of and practice Fair Housing regulations and policies at all times;
• Other duties as assigned
