**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.

- Handle incoming calls and emails, creating support tickets and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures.

- Support with inventory management and ordering office supplies.

- Assist in preparing and organizing documents.

- Greet clients that enter the office and check their PC in for repair.

- Occasionally run errands such as dropping off packages to UPS and making bank deposits.

**Skills:**

- Proficient in office management tasks.

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service principles.
