Some of the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Make each guest feel welcome and that their needs will be met.
Follow all property safety policies and regulations.
Maintain a positive atmosphere which is consistent with each property's standards for professionalism and total quality guest service.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnights, weekends, & holidays, consistent with the needs of the property.

Position Summary : A concierge is the face of a residential property. An outstanding concierge gives a warm welcome to residents and guests while utilizing available resources to enhance the residents’ living experience on the property.

• Pay rate: $15 to $17- Depending on Experience and Property
