Residential Concierge - Shifts Available **BuildingLink Experience is a REQUIREMENT** (please don't apply if you do not have package management experience with BuildingLink, Yardi or ActiveBuilding)

• Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling available based on your preference)
• Package Management: $20 - 22.50 an hour
• Shifts Available Wednesday: 8 am - 7 pm
• Shifts Available Friday: 9 am - 7 pm
• Shifts Available Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm

Residential Valet/Package Room Attendant

The Valet is responsible for attending to residents and engaging with them to ensure they have a top-notch experience while living in their building, neighborhood and city. The valet/package room is a crucial point of contact for residents to receive their packages and is responsible for building strong relationships with them and other staff members.

Mission - Your mission is to provide outstanding client service to residents and work with staff to enhance their experience through direct communication and hospitality. You will act as the liaison between residents, staff, and building management at different levels. As the package management valet, you will an important point of contact for our residents.

What You Will Do:

• Greet all residents by name upon their arrival, delivering high-quality customer service
• Manage the packages coming into the building and inform residents when packages have arrived using building software.
• Communicate your responses/resolution to building management and to your manager as needed

You’re Good At:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level data and computer skills
• Great customer service orientation
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
• Ability to connect at all levels with staff and residents, engaging with different stakeholders

You Need:

• BuildingLink, Yardi, or ActiveBuilding Experience
• Excellent time management and team working skills
• Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds for short distances
• Additional language skills are a plus
