Hudson Valley Concierge Service has an immediate opening for a Concierge Rep who can assist clients, perform various tasks, and/or provide transportation - no matter the request, a HVCS Rep will make the impossible, possible!

In this Concierge role you will act as a resource and time saver to clients by offering an array of services. These services can range from picking up groceries for a new mom or senior citizen, to delivering lunch for a company whose employees are engaged in an all-day meeting, to being an extra set of hands during a busy time for a small business.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours may vary, occasional weekends

To be considered candidates must be flexible to work any day of the week, including weekends as the schedule will rotate.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Ability to interact with clients in a courteous, empathetic, and discreet manner
• Provide client with information on: travel and trip planning; entertainment suggestions
• Provide private transportation to/from airports, events, and/or meetings
• Provide private transportation to/from doctor visits
• Arrange dining reservations
• Display positive and energized personality and behaviors that demonstrate a can do attitude
• Assist with record keeping and service follow up

Successful candidates will have:

• A valid Driver's License and clean driving record. - Driving is required and may be for long periods
• CDL license a plus
• Local knowledge for getting around the Hudson Valley; i.e. local restaurants, hotels, etc.
• 2 years administrative or customer service experience preferably in a Hospitality environment
• Exceptional customer service skills in face to face and phone interactions and knowledgeable of methods and principles for providing customer service
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Positive and energized personality that demonstrates a “can do attitude”
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi task
• Great verbal communication and non-verbal active listening skills
• Can establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Focus on crucial client details
• Collect information and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
