Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher creates, smoothes, and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. RESPOSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
LSF concrete finishers perform concrete services for flat work, site concrete, and foundations.
Other responsibilities may include tying rebar, assisting with concrete pours, and preparing footers.
We’re looking for hard workers and team players who have strong attention to detail.
Hourly rate based on experience. Work will be available in various areas of Central Pennsylvania (Blair, Centre, Jefferson, Clearfield, and Huntingdon counties) and Northern Maryland.
Professional concrete finisher with one year of experience (preferred).
Required experience in placement and finishing of large commercial concrete slabs.
Experience with power trowels is preferred but not necessary.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional concrete finisher with one year of experience (preferred)

- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Experience with power trowels is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders and stairs
- Good communication skills
- Wear proper protective equipment at all times
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
- Hand tools
