Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher jobs in Fayetteville, NC

Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces
- Operate heavy equipment including concrete pumps and other machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate placement of concrete
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by setting up forms and reinforcing materials
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and techniques
- Apply finishing treatments such as sealants, stains, or epoxy coatings
- Repair and restore damaged concrete surfaces
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Proficient in various concrete finishing techniques including screeding, troweling, and edging
- Familiarity with different types of concrete materials and their applications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team

Note: Experience in related fields such as drywall, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, metal stud framing, or operating heavy equipment is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
