We are currently seeking a Concrete Restoration Chief Estimator to play a pivotal role in our projects. This role involves accurately assessing the scope of work and estimating costs for concrete restoration initiatives, soliciting bids, prospecting, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of concrete structures slated for restoration or repair.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Analyze project blueprints, drawings, and other relevant documents to determine the scope of work.
• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for concrete restoration projects.
• Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors and suppliers for concrete restoration projects.
• Solicit competitive bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Actively seek new business opportunities and projects in the concrete restoration sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, forensic engineers and other industry professionals.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to prospective clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
• Make recommendations to enhance PTE's competitiveness in the concrete restoration sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in concrete restoration estimation and project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project estimation software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
