Mentor and guide other junior team members in use of Oracle Financials ERP, best practices, configuration, etc. Partnering with leaders on the design and implementation of key performance indicators to appropriately measure progress of execution of strategic objectives and to support management decision making Collaborating with leaders and management reporting team to develop effective and accurate routine reporting of key performance indicators, including setting clear definitions to ensure clarity of results Drive and deliver upon continuous improvement of quarterly and annual reporting Analyze actual results of key performance indicators relative to expected trends and gain understanding of drivers of change; influencing management actions based on completed analysis Develop effective communication of progress of key performance indicators for Americas Executive Committee, including overview of macro environment, regulatory and competitive updates, and business developments Provide insight and effective communication of Americas progress on key performance indicators for use with the Management Board and Supervisory Board Partners with management on development of external communication and presentation of Americas’ execution of strategy and financial results Acts as the key business control point of contact with Group Business Control team members Partners with senior management to meet business goals.
