Monitors released engineering change data to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies. Acts as an advisor to the configuration analysis team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Additionally, Configuration Analysis Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Configuration Analysis Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. As a configuration management specialist, you are responsible to maintain the integrity of the aircraft configuration, and demonstrate compliance to a variety of FAA rules, guidance documents, and industry standards. In this role, you will be working with multiple teams, such as Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing and Quality, to ensure the integrity of the engineering data from release to production. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $110,900 - $178,900/yr. The compensation package offered will be determined by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
