About the Role:

Job Title: HCM configuration analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• HCM configuration
• Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations.
• Builds and maintains solutions using HRIS applications such as Workday HR.
• Analyzes requirements, designs, configures, tests, and deploys solutions using Workday configurations and other applications supported by the team.
• Partners with People Technology's developers, engineers, and other corporate IT teams to build and test end-to-end solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years’ Workday Analyst with Workday HCM configuration experience
• 5-7 years of exp with Workday.
• Must have experience with HCM.

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110000 – $130000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
