Key Responsibilities:

- Execute Workday configuration and integration projects.

- Provide daily support, administration, and enhancement of the Workday platform.

- Implement process improvements to optimize business processes.

- Contribute to a culture of confidentiality and participate in Workday Release Management.

- Administer security and provide audit reports for review.

- Balance multiple projects simultaneously and work independently on assigned tasks.

- Act as a liaison between IT and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of Workday experience in development, testing, and deployment.

- Proficiency in using BIRT reporting for custom configuration, and Microsoft Office suite.

- Knowledge of Workday product suite including both HCM and Finance modules.

- Experience in using XLST and a keen ability to identify opportunities for improvement

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
