Conflicts Manager manages and directs all aspects of the conflicts department. Oversees the process of conflict resolution with clients and third party to maintain good vendor relationship. Being a Conflicts Manager coordinates with the attorneys and mediators to prevent potential conflicts. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Conflicts Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Conflicts Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.     • Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
    • Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window
    • Planning special events and promotions

    PREREQUISITES 
    Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
    Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.


    Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
