Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to join our team. This person ideally has experience in doing construction for retail concepts and restaurant build outs. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Coordinates subcontractors and material deliveries
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Assist in the coordination of equipment, materials, and resources needed for projects
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and budget allocations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Skills:
- Experience building ground up fast food restaurants.
-Experience building interior build outs for all retail and restaurant spaces
-Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience in reporting and document control using buildertrend is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week
