Job Description:

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects. You'll be the bridge between our clients, contractors, and project managers, making sure everything runs on schedule and meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• -Schedule and coordinate project timelines, meetings, and appointments.
• -Answer phone calls effectively and professionally
• -Liaise with clients to confirm project details, schedules, and address any inquiries.
• -Collaborate with project managers and contractors to allocate resources efficiently.
• -Maintain accurate project records and update the team on project progress.
• -Handle scheduling adjustments and communicate changes promptly to all stakeholders.
• -Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and challenges.
• -Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• -Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

• -Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• -Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• -Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite.
• -Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• -Construction or roofing industry knowledge is a plus.
