We are currently seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members, ensuring the highest standards of performance and efficiency.Job Summary: The Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing training programs for our employees. You will be responsible for new employee onboarding, facilitating our Cornerstone Professional Enhancement (PE) Program, and conducting ongoing training classes. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining and updating training materials and sites.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive new employee onboarding to integrate team members effectively into our company culture and operations.
- Facilitate the Cornerstone Professional Enhancement (PE) Program to support employee development.
- Design and deliver ongoing training classes, including but not limited to:
- Software programs (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Procedures (margins, scheduling, change order processing).
- Leadership and personal development courses.
- Regularly update and maintain training materials and sites, including:
- Operations Manual.
- Procore User Guide & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Lessons Learned Database.
- Actively participate in regular training meetings:
- Weekly with other office trainers (Mondays 8:30-9:30am).
- Bi-weekly with Procore customer service representatives and office trainers (Every other Monday 9:30-10:30am).
- Weekly with Company Procore Managers (Thursdays 1-2pm).
- Schedule regular meetings with your office leader – weekly or bi-weekly.
- Procore specific training items.
- Regular communication with local employees for additional training needs.
- Assess employees for training needs, maintain records of training activities, monitor program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Track and report on employee participation or assessment results.
- Create monthly training calendars and arrange for internal or external trainers.
- Coordinate materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology, and virtual or physical conference rooms.
- Responsible for maintaining and assisting others on the use of a Learning Management System (LMS).
Qualifications:- Proven experience in training coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the latest training and development techniques.
