IMMEDIATE OPENING!! Busy Interior Renovation Company seeks full-time Scheduler/ Customer Service Rep with strong communication skills, demonstrated self-motivation, and is proactive and detail-oriented. This position will perform work order entry, reception and secretarial duties. Position is full-time and requires a flexible schedule and ability to work Saturdays as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answers telephone/ email and responds to inquiry
• Schedules and enters orders for various services
• Verifies orders are accurate, requesting PO’s from customers when needed
• Interfaces between customers and department supervisors to resolve issues
• Resolve customer disputes
• Outstanding customer service
• Able to build great rapport from customers

QUALIFICATION:

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong customer service ethic
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, SAGE a plus)
• Experience with accounting software a plus
• Bilingual a plus
• Professional in appearance and a strong team player
• Positive attitude and be willing to perform administrative assignments

Job Type: Full-time w/ possible Overtime
