Description:

Our client is seeking a executive assistant & coordinator for their office in Newport News VA. This person will be a part of their preconstruction team and work closely with department leadership to further the department’s process improvement goals and standardization efforts. Additionally, this role will provide support as needed in day-to-day operations of the Estimating department, including bid solicitation, trade partner procurement, and related preconstruction activities. The successful applicant will be a valued member of our team working alongside Preconstruction leadership and Project Estimators to ensure the success of each project, as well as the overall advancement of the department. Seeking candidates with five years’ experience in an administrative capacity in a construction management or general contracting environment.
