Sordoni Construction Services, Inc. is looking for an Project Coordinator for our operations in Forty Fort, PA. This position will provide administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.

• Configure and maintain project files, drawings logs, and all project correspondence
• Complete project filing as necessary
• Prepare contracts, exhibits, and other documents utilizing industry/corporate software and templates
• Prepare prime and subcontract change orders utilizing project management software
• Prepare project reports, including submittal logs, RFI logs, change request/change order logs, closeout reports, punch lists, post mortems, and other periodic reports
• Respond to phone calls on behalf of project managers and take appropriate action within limits of responsibility and authority
• Schedule meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes
• Utilize project management software to maintain project and contractor information, including project directories and certificates of insurance
• Successfully work with multiple project teams on a daily basis
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor relevant to the position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe/Fox
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team player, motivated to learn and take on new challenges
• General understanding of construction terminology with the ability to read and understand bid documents.
