PRODUCTION COORDINATOR - HOME IMPROVEMENT INDUSTRY

Fitch Design Studio/Fitch Construction Inc. seeks a Production Coordinator with 3-5 years’ experience. The individual selected for this unique opportunity will be responsible for working collaboratively with sales, design and production to ensure that projects are estimated accurately, material lists created / purchased and available on schedule.

Key Roles/Responsibilities

Project set up for success and materials needed are ordered and accounted for

Project time lines on all projects and weekly job status updates

Production systems that provide a level of service to our clients that lead to consistent customer satisfaction as measured in our customer survey

Subcontractor process providing value for all parties

Procurement system to allow timely and profitable capture of earned revenue.

Production department systems for efficient operation.

Qualified candidates have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

3-5 years Remodeling Design/Build experience

Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Project. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is helpful. Advanced knowledge of Excel a plus

Proven experience working in a fast-paced, demanding work environment able to deliver accurate on-time information

Ability to be proactive and anticipate and solve problems before they arise.

Advanced building systems and construction detailing knowledge.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks through superior time management skills.

BS or BA degree from an accredited college, and/or AS degree with practical experience and references

Dedication to the highest level of construction documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Works collaboratively and holds oneself to very high standards.
