We’re looking for a proactive, friendly, and organized project coordinator to support our team and help design/remodel projects run smoothly from start to finish in our rapidly growing remodeling company.

As Project Coordinator at Ealy Construction, you’ll be involved in:

• Assisting the general manager and designer with preparing remodeling proposals, sales presentations, and process documentation.
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to collect material specs and order project materials.
• Scheduling and setting up meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Organizing project files and documents through our online project management platform ensures that team members and clients can find important information.
• Ordering office supplies and keeping the office presentable and functional.
• Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries with a friendly, positive demeanor.

What skills do I need?

• 5 years of experience as a coordinator in the construction industry.
• Kind, friendly demeanor. We love working with positive people. So do our clients.
• Well-spoken and able to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
• Proactive and helpful personality. If you notice a problem and start thinking about how to fix it, you’ll fit in well.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Tech savvy and proficient in various software and online systems.

What will my compensation be?

• $60,000 starting annual salary, or commensurate with experience.
• 2 weeks PTO/Vacation
• 7 days Paid Holiday annually
• Matching 401K after 1 year of employment
