Bancroft Construction is a family-owned and operated company that has been at the forefront of the construction industry since 1978. Specializing in roofing, waterproofing, sheet metal, and custom metal fabrication/welding, we take pride in our ability to deliver exceptional results on new construction, remodels, and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Plan and schedule labor, equipment, and materials for construction projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality control to uphold our high standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide on-site problem-solving and decision-making.
• Train and mentor team members to promote skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are met on all projects.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the roofing or construction industry (3 - 5 years) is required.
• Previous experience in sheet metal, waterproofing, or roofing is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• A commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safety regulations effectively.
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full Time
• Salary at $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
