Mid Atlantic Home Builder is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator/Coordinator in our New Freedom, PA office. The right candidate will be an active part of the Purchasing Department and have excellent computer skills using MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience is required in understanding engineering and construction terms, concepts, and the ability to read residential construction plans, while identifying potential errors or omissions. The position also involves researching, problem solving, tracking bids, and material takeoffs. Finally, the right candidate will have a strong work ethic, high level of attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
