Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Construction Manager to oversee and manage commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and possess excellent time management skills.

Duties:

- Coordinate and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion
- Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and project plans
- Utilize Buildertrend and Bluebeam software for project tracking and management
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in commercial construction management
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction drawings
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective project coordination
