Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspection Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator is responsible for managing, updating and maintaining the inspection process.
Duties:
- Coordinate the scheduling of roofing inspections, prepare affidavits
- Completing all associated inspection and electronic paperwork
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with project manager and other team members to assist with scheduling jobs
-Occasionally pick up and drop off permits and NOC's
- Work with permitting to resolve issues with inspections
Requirements:
- 3-5 years construction/roofing experience most desired
- Previous experience in inspections or quality control preferred
- Permitting knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce/Zoho is desired.
-Familiarity with South Florida building departments and their portals.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to quality standards.
- Basic computer skills a must.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
-Must be a team player, flexibility and adaptability most important.
-Spanish speaking is a plus.
