PM is seeking a Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to join our team at our Long Island Farmingdale location. Job hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm in person Monday to Friday.

Must be good with technology; proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. Sage A Notary A . Individual must read, interpret and follow established procedures. Possess the ability to work independently and multi-task with accuracy in our fast-paced work environment. Prefer candidate with related construction administration background.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Bid & Sales Packages & Proposals, Qualifications, Sales Packages & Presentations
• Produce AIA Contracts & various Construction Related Documents
• Project Setup, Billing, Change Estimates, Change Orders
• RFI's, Submittals, Transmittals, Permits, Meeting Minutes & Correspondence Logs
• Subcontractor - verification of Insurance, Lien Waivers, Closeouts
• Sales & Client Setup; Insurance, Purchase Orders, Insurance Certificates
• Various diversified accounting and administrative duties as directed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
