Job Description:
Position Overview:We are looking to fill a management position in our inspection department. This position is responsible for ensuring inspections are scheduled with the local building departments, working with our field technicians to verify appointments are successful, and managing the inspection team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- You will be the head of the department, responsible for tracking key metrics
- Provide performance feedback to agents on the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and objectives and ensure progress is made on each account.
- Track our field members and ensure the schedule is full
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the inspections technicians
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status updates and address stakeholder concerns.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the director of the department
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.- Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with customer service, stakeholder relations, and complaint resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
