As a Project Manager at Cliff Thorn Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion.     Duties:

    - Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines

    - Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and allocate resources

    - Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing mitigation strategies

    - Monitor project performance metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction

    Experience:

    - Proven experience as a Residential or Commercial Project Manager

    - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

    - Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation

    - Proficiency in process mapping and systems analysis

    - Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
