We have immediate openings for Repair Crew/General Construction Workers.

• Our repair crew members perform basic construction tasks such as repair and replace termite and/or fungi infested wood on both residential and commercial properties

Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to operate general construction tools
• Ability to independently complete job assignments with high quality work
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean job site
• Great team player
• Consistently show up to work on time with a positive attitude
• Keep vehicle and equipment clean and in proper condition
• Completion of required documents and forms at the end of every day
• Complete other assigned duties

Travel:

• Travels to job sites around the greater Sacramento area as well as the Bay Area
• Repair crews have a designated address, stop and start time for each job

Qualifications

• Experience in structural repairs or construction related work
• Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to crawl under a house, inside an attic and work on feet for long periods of time
• High School Diploma required
• Demonstrate a safe driving record from the DMV
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule:

• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• No weekends
