Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with project managers to support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from inception to completion.
2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
3. Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to client specifications and organizational standards.
4. Proactively identify and address potential project risks or issues, working with senior management to implement effective mitigation strategies.
5. Provide regular updates to management team and clients on project progress.
6. Take ownership of assigned project tasks and deliverables, demonstrating accountability and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Participate in internal meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance project management skills and expand knowledge of industry best practices.
8. Prepare and present project status reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of field experience or 2-year degree in electrical.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
