Construction Loan Manager oversees construction lending officers and processes and conducts business development activities to achieve loan gain and profit objectives in a designated market. Develops relationships with builders and construction companies to obtain referrals and promote lending activity. Being a Construction Loan Manager provides operational guidance, coaching, and support to loan officers. Directs all facets of construction loan processing from origination to closing. Additionally, Construction Loan Manager reviews appraisals and credit analysis to ensure a comprehensive review process and to reduce risk. Authorizes loan requests within established limits or presents loans to loan committee for approval. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. Management
Our Construction Project Managers provide day-to-day project management of crews, equipment, and subcontractors on a wide variety of work from private and commercial contracts to state and federal contracts. Work with project owner/engineer to make field adjustments that save time and money. Maintain project schedules, monitor material needs and contract requirements. Maintain daily project quantity records and monitor job costs. Complete project pay applications and invoices.
Estimating
Meet with private and public customers to understand scope of work and design projects. Review bid documents, complete quantity take-offs and develop production rates. Assist Area/Division Manager in completing estimate and submission of bids. Prepare and submit all successful bid contract documents and ensure paperwork is properly executed.
Quality
Coordinate with management, production crews and quality control department to ensure we are providing our customers the highest quality products and services every day.
Safety
We prioritize the safety and wellness of our road construction processes by following the Company’s safety programs and policies, thus mitigating risk and improving overall productivity of the projects with safety at the forefront.
Supervision
Project Manager is under direct supervision of the Area/Division Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Utilize effective communication skills and be comfortable developing relationships with customers and team members. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, goal-oriented and enjoy the entire project process from bidding to turning the project over to the owner. Must have a desire to work outside in a fast-paced environment.
