Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee the construction process of our custom homes and remodel projects. The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of production to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget while maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the construction process from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure that construction milestones are met according to the project schedule.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to control costs and maximize profitability.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead and motivate the production team, including construction crews and subcontractors, to achieve project goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all aspects of production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential construction and remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
