Construction Loan Manager oversees construction lending officers and processes and conducts business development activities to achieve loan gain and profit objectives in a designated market. Construction Manager Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will manage Habitat for Humanity core construction programs and BBHH facility repairs. The construction manager will be responsible for the outcome of each construction project as well as the annual construction program and schedule. The construction manager will be the primary Habitat representative at project sites.
This person will manage construction tasks as well as supervise and work side by side with staff and volunteers on construction sites.
It is important that the potential candidate has a strong connection with the BBHH mission and objectives and has a desire to serve in an ecumenical inclusive faith-based nonprofit environment. A strongly desired characteristic of the position is a knowledge of and ability to quickly form a network of working relationships within the regional building trades industry.
